"Watched incumbent Sen. George Allen's concession speech today. Seemed like he was having trouble enun-ci-a-mating some words along the way. Unfortunately, no video up yet that I can post here, but did anyone else get the feeling the outgoing junior senator from Virginia had had a liquid lunch?"
